If you want Gadgeteer Genius, I will allow it, but not as is. Cunning Artifice would just be removed. Jury Rig... You cannot create items that have a limited number of charges or are single use items. That includes daily charge items. Beyond that, I think the class is a great idea.

Incarnumā¦
Meldshaper caps at 9 with bloodlines. As your character level is capping at 6, the standard maximum essentia capacity is 2. If meldshaping is advanced by PrC, it caps at level 12, advancing soulmelds/essentia/chakra bind count.

Sohala, did you address Necropolitans anywhere? Assuming a starting level of 2 to 3 I might be able to start out as one.

Hmm. I assume 'daily charge items' means those with only one use per day, or is that anything with an x/day limit? I'd certainly love to give it a try.

Already on the ban list, partly due to the increased power by being able to dump con, and the other part due to necro stuff not being huge until later in the war. Hmm. x/day. Though...thinking it over some...that might be a little harsh, as there are useful items with horrible (or at least not so great) daily charges...How about it can make daily charge items, but they don't have any charges? I am just trying to avoid replenishable magic resources.

The item doesn't last beyond the duration of the encounter and without Cunning Artifice I can't recharge it.

You are basically getting free magic items.
First example that pops into my mind is a Helm of Telepathy (It is too high for this game, I know). The base effects are detect thoughts at will and the ability to talk to people you are reading the minds of. Then it has the ability to, once per day, implant a suggestion (as the spell).
With Jury Rig, you can spend 3 inspiration and have a helm of telepathy (minus the suggestion) for the encounter.
I thought it was a rather flexible class feature.

Ah, okay, that's for items that still have effects beyond the charges. My mistake. I initially thought you were thinking I could use Power Surge on them, which wouldn't work since they're not wands or staves.
Edit: Is this game using action points as normal?

Level two is going to be the starting level, though still deciding on all the character creation rules.
First post should have enough rules to get going.

Time to get to work then Might not get mineral warrior after all if it lowers PB. BTW, do we get stat increases for level 8 and 12, or only for 4th?

Might not get mineral warrior after all if it lowers PB. That is an option. You lower your PB to get the LA for free. You can take the template normally if you like. BTW, do we get stat increases for level 8 and 12, or only for 4th? Dunno...I hadn't actually thought about that...added.

I've decided to go for mineral warrior after all(with 25 PB), and found a nice refluff that fits with the story:
My char's father (undecided on names yet) was an artificer working for the Cyre branch of House Cannith, attempting to reverse engineer the elemental binding technology used by the gnomes of Zilargo, and my char was assisting him. An experiment went horribly wrong, and the old man was killed, while my char ended up partially fused with a Khyber shard(which grants him the Mineral warrior template). His father's house Cannith employers took care of him for a while, and tried to cure him (actually they were interested in reverse engineering his fusion and see if it could be controlled and replicated; when the research proved inconclusive,he was discarded). After leaving house Cannith, he wondered around the lower part of Metrol, for a while, eventually finding a job as a tavern bouncer. then the war started, and he joined the army.
As far as aspect is concerned: he looks like a normal man, except part of his torso and right hand appear to be made of a single khyber shard.
Is that ok with you?
Also, assuming I want to take a class (let's say psiwar)past level 6, how would the gestalt rules apply? Example 1: PsiWar 1 gives +2 fort +0 ref&will +0 bab PsiWar 7 gives (compared to PsiWar 6) +0 fort ref and will and +1 bab
In this case my char going to lvl 7 would gain only +1 BAB, is that correct?
Example 2: PsiWar 2 gives (compared to PsiWar 1): +1 fort, +0 ref and will, +1 bab PsiWar 8 gives (compared to PsiWar 7) +1 fort, ref and will, +1 bab,
In this case, going to level 8 would yeld +1 ref and will, no fort and bab. Is my understanding correct?
EDIT: a couple more things regarding bloodlines that you need to decide:
A bloodline level 'counts as a normal class level (with no class skills) for the purpose of determining maximum skill ranks' Are you disregarding this in order to keep with what you said earlier (max skill ranks is 9).
Also "Include the character's bloodline level when calculating any character ability based on his class levels (such as caster level for spellcasting characters, or save DCs for characters with special abilities whose DCs are based on class level)" I assume this includes initiatior level, but does a blood line level grant full initiator level or half.
And lastly, something that's unclear to me from the text: it says a bloodline level gives you no increase in base attack bonus or base save bonuses, no hit points or skill points, and no class features, but do you get the bloodline ability for that level. As in, if I'm PsiWar 3 and pick up first titan bloodline level, do I get Levitate (the bloodline's 4th level ability)?
Sorry for asking so many questions, but this game involves 2 mechanics (gestalt and bloodlines) I've never used, so want to get everything right.

Fluff sounds alright. Appearanceā¦seems a little subtle compared to the changes that seemed to happen to the barbed devil. What do you think of a few shards spread around the body to represent the natural armor increase? Think Zao but without the scar marks.
bfrw 0200 - 1000 = 1200 1100 - 1100 = 1100 After taking level 7, you would gain 1 bab. After taking level 8, you would gain nothing.
The cap is remaining at 9, as I am not giving every NPC in the world a bloodline. Full initiator level. You are still only a level 3 character for abilities after paying for your bloodline level.
I think I will get a sub forum up to better lay out the specifications, keep the chat here for now.

Thanks for clearing the gestalt bit up for me. I'm cool with your appearance ideas, shards spread around the body sounds more interesting This is the char sheet so far (not final, need to think a bit more on powers and feats and fill in the fluff) http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheetview.php?sheetid=270947
