The Skwirls on the left scream "CHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGE!!!" and they swarm the mercenaries.  Granted they cant move very far.  http://invisiblecastle.com/roller/view/2844089/  Their swarming is mildly effective on the front row while their fellows also cut loose http://invisiblecastle.com/roller/view/2844092/ http://invisiblecastle.com/roller/view/2844093/  and it's super effective!
