Spellcraft 1d20+3=22 Cast scorching ray, empowered with spell shard, targeting ogre. Move to H25. 1d20+5=17, 6d6=18, 1d6=4 The last roll only happens if I hit, as I activate my veil. As it will most likely live it needs to roll a DC 15 fort save or be sickened for one round. That is the last of my good blasting.  |

@Grizz You know, while you can't attack close with the guisarme, I don't see why you couldn't use it to clear underbrush. It's not like you're in combat or anything. Do you just want to clear your own square instead and be free? @Ixen Ixen's bolt strikes the ogre, who attempts a Fort save -> d20 + 6 = 23. He still takes 22 damage! He looks pretty shocked after getting hit that hard. The ogre moves 30 feet to M 29 (upper left corner) and throws a javelin at Aepa -> d20 + 1 = 7, but misses. Modified Initiative:MapRound 7!Aepa! You're up! |

8 damage is enough. The ogre goes down, clutching a bolt in his chest! Serias and Grizz clear out their spaces. Orc 3 gives a whistle and points behind himself, and yells something in orcish (to the dog?) The dog then double-moves to I 7. Orc 3 then moves to I 5 and casts a spell. The plants around Aepa and Ixen begin to grab ahold of them! Aepa -> d20 + 5 = 15 Ixen -> d20 + 5 = 12 Aepa avoids the plant's grasp, but Ixen is caught! Here's an updated map to show the new AoE (Note that already-cleared squares are immune to the new AoE): It looks like they may be retreating. Do you want to press on, or let them go? |
