Hisoutensoku. There seem to be differences in translation between sources (the Hisoutensoku wiki calls it by a different name than Touhou wiki), but it is undoubtedly an official card. |

Hisoutensoku wiki calls it Qi Sign "Star Pulse Shot". Touhou wiki calls it Chi Sign "Star Bullets", as does a Soku gameplay video I've seen.
