Well, yes and no. Marisa, in exchange, exposes the rest of her arms (although the armpits are probably more significant). It's hard to tell overall whose clothes are "lighter", though, because how comfy they look is largely a matter of who's drawing them. |

Though I suppose it depends on what Reimu has on under. Marisa's bloomers are gonna be fairly warm, so it depends on if Reimu is very Traditional. |

She does have a barrier-like spell....it involves rotating lasers. As for Cirno, fly over the mist, get too high, run out of oxygen, drop like a rock through the mist. Respawn on the ground. |

My guess: Marisa went through the mist with some minor burns. Cirno got through with major burns, then chilled (*ba-dum-psh*) in the cold water of the lake to regenerate, as we know fairies can regen through exposure to their element even without dying and respawning.
