Alright, here we go:

1. Can I pick an Epic Spell to be the target of a feat like Permanent Emanation?
2. If I were able to pick an Epic Spell for Innate Spell, I would have to give up an 18th level spell slot, since Epic Spells are treated as 10th level spells, correct?
3. If the Reflect Seed is made permanent, does it still discharge when it reflects a spell.

1. and 2. are asked because, they don't directly modify the spell; they create an emanation and a SLA with the same properties, respectively; unless, of course, I'm misreading the feats.

My contender for the Iron Siege thanks you.

On a strange note, would anyone be put out if we had a post about people or events we can spare a thought for, or if its within their creed, a prayer for? Just a random thought, but ... hells I wouldn't have known about either Archangels daughter or Saeomons niece if I didn't happen to be on these threads.
Sounds fine to me.
probably over on "Off-topic".
might want to put a little disclaimer in the first post.

This is the Min/Max board. We should be able to figure out a way to optimize the POWER OF PRAYER(TM) that doesn't involve "Pazuzu, Pazuzu, Pazuzu".

1. Unfortunatly, probably not:  "Metamagic, Items, and Epic Spells
Metamagic feats and other epic feats that manipulate normal spells cannot be used with epic spells"
now, it only says metamagic feats and epic feats, so depending on dms interpretation you might be able to get away with it. RAW, any non-epic, non-metamagic, non-spell slot affecting feat would be ok.

2.
Epic Spell Levels
Epic spells have no fixed level. However, for purposes of Concentration checks, spell resistance, and other possible situations where spell level is important, epic spells are all treated as if they were 10th-level spells.

from the SRD, so based on the "and other possible situations" I would say yes, in this case it counts as 10th level.

3. no clue

OK, so I would still be able to use Epic Spells with Dweomerkeeper...

So, I might be able to swing Innate Spell, then...

If I can get verification on Innate Spell, then I'll make a dispelling epic spell and use it on that. Heh, epic dispelling at will.

Alright, good to know.

Can I share a spell with my familiar if the familiar had the spell cast on it first? For example, Magic armor on my familiar, can I transfer it to me?

There's no transfer back clause in share spells that would allow that. You can cast it on him or share it with him, but he can't 'give it back' if you cast it only on him at casting.

Oh well, maybe I can add a clause that lets my own spells and spell-likes go through the spell...

Should only add +2 or so to the DC.

Zhentarium Skymage from.. some FR book has Share Spells which works backwards. That is, spells cast by the Mount can be shared to the rider. That might help.

#1 ... Limited Wish can duplicate similar effects.
But Permanent Emanation is rather more powerful.
An Epic Spell can be crafted to duplicate whatever.
Then meld that Epic Spell into another bigger one.
Why not ?
Technically Heightened Wish is weaker that an Epic Spell.

#2 ... Innate can basically be used the same as above.
An 18th level slot is 9x2 Spellcraft points stronger than the base 9th level spell.
DC of +18 is like butter ... or an easy psi Vigor ahead of time.
The slot is still just a hyped up 9th level spell.
Epic Spells are considered 10th level spell equivalents.
There's that crazy overlapping "level" this, "level" that,
screwing things up again.  Rolls Eyes

3. If the Reflect Seed is made permanent, does it still discharge when it reflects a spell.

As far as I can tell, nothing changes when you make a spell Permanent other than duration, so yes, it would still be discharged once it triggered.

Quotes I Found Entertaining:

Huge amounts of people are fuckwits. That doesn't mean that fuckwit is a valid lifestyle.

As a general rule, murdering people and taking their stuff is pretty much superior to breaking their stuff, murdering them, then not having any stuff to take.
