Wow, we keep getting more and more oldtimers. I bet Phaedrus isn't even the oldest fossil around anymore.

Hello all.
Love this forum, been a long time lurker and my current situation has prompted me to join.
I searched the forums but could not find a guide to the different abbreviations for sourcebooks.
For instance there is a listing for the book LEoF. I cannot find what book that is to save my life.
Is there a reference page for abbreviations? Anyone have a quick link?
Thanks for being here as a resource. I look forward to more reading.

I do not know of a reference page for abbreviations, but LEoF is likely Lost Empires of Faerun.

WotC indexs have one at the bottem, here is the feat one, but they sadly don't always match up.

my name is jack, my main character is a halfling archer/charger on a deinonychus. currently, however, i am dming my first game, and will be asking lots of questions, almost all of them relating directly to ideas/inspiration for that game.

Completely random. It sound's good and means something like ''beautiful mind'' in French. Anything wrong about that? Did I accidentally steal someone's nick?

Hiya, I'm Crizh.
Can I edit this later once I've made up some convincing and impressive lies about myself?

Welcome all ye newcomers! Can I edit this later once I've made up some convincing and impressive lies about myself?
Absolutely. ummmm... how did you pick your screen name?
Completely random. It sound's good and means something like ''beautiful mind'' in French. Anything wrong about that? Did I accidentally steal someone's nick? It's remarkably similar to a screen name that both Meg and I have posted with on other forums so I think it just caused a double take seeing it pop up here. No bad connotations though...no worries. I searched the forums but could not find a guide to the different abbreviations for sourcebooks.
For instance there is a listing for the book LEoF. I cannot find what book that is to save my life.

I don't think I've ever run across an abbreviations list, but I can see it could be handy. Maybe just message one of the persons that used the abbreviation and ask, or post to the thread...you may not be the only one with the question.

Howdy Howdy Howdy I am Naever. (NAY-ver, although I'll take NEV-er too). I am a very tired man. Very, very tired. All the time. Daily. Hourly even. Sleep you say? Sure, I *could* try that... But, then I couldn't GAME. Of course, the wife and pre-schooler and, oh yeah, the new BABY have something to say about my "free" time too. Oh, and the boss... While she lets me sleep some in my quad , I still should work some. Some. When I am not using company time to write gaming ideas... Good Boss. ANYWAYS... I am a tired (Did I already get to that?) gamer of 2. I am old enough to remember staring at a RED BOXED SET in the drugstore when I was a kid. I longed for it. ACHED... for it. I, in the end, convince my parents it was a reading game. Suuuurrrreeee.... (Suckers ) Now I am here. Howdy Howdy Howdy (edited for spelling. Tired guys can't spell)

hi, im new to roleplaying. Im currently on my first campaign of D&D (3rd session at the moment). I have known of D&D for quite a while but never had the chance or time to play it (The university took a lot of time out of me). A friend of a friend let me had his player handbook for some weeks (3.0) and i started reading it a bit. Like, two years or three after that i finally joined a campaign. Better late than never It is 3.5, but thx to the previous reading it was not that hard to join. It was really good. Especially cuz one of the guys is just... well, crazy. He makes a lot of nice jokes and is very funny. Also I had a lucky started and got some high rolls in battle and a few 20s on some fortitudes. well, i said to much already. see ya around PS: English is not my native (?) language so sorry about any typos or anything. Not that it matters anyway
