The elemental attempts to dodge the fire -> d20 = 16 (DC 15, right?) and it avoids part of the blast. Regardless, it doesn't look so good. It seems to be having trouble controlling its form.

Grizz begins getting angry at these elementals. He switches stances to Martial Spirit, and storms over to F15 to wipe out the Water Elemental. He lashes out with Crusader's Strike using his guisarme.
1d20(17)+6+1=24
2d4(3,3)+4+1=11 damage
Heals for 1d6(4)+2+2=8

The air elemental attempts to dodge -> d20 + 6 = 23. It begins flying erratically, but it's still aloft.
The Earth elemental turns its focus to Aepa, moving to K 13 and attacking -> d20 + 5 = 17, and it hits for -> 1d6 + 4 = 8 damage!
