I missed the bit earlier about there being a small direct link to the Far Realms in the Xenotheurgist's brain. You know, that spiders can come through.

Lurk 4 / Bloodline 3 / Uncanny Trickster 2 / Legacy Champion 2 and the Lurk feat that bumps it 2 levels.

Pick the Mind's Eye variant that gets the 9th level Divination as an (sp).
When you have it, you can use few Expanded Knowledge feats to pick higher than normal powers.
Then you make an Item of the Div.
Then you get a couple of Powerstones made of the powers you EK'd. (good luck on this step)
Then you use the Powerstones as a ridiculously expensive Material component, for the "casting".

Great Div 9, weird early 6s or 7s or 8s. And you're broke.
But you get those also weird Lurk goodies.
You could throw in a recharge set-up, and not ruin your home game.
And you still have 9 levels to twink the build.
