Did Melkior remember that he has Prayer cast on him and that he was flanking? If not, he'll do more damage, and he should have hit a third time. The gargoyle's not doing so hot for HP. One really good smack should do it. Well, maybe.
Otherwise, it's Alkazar's turn.

Otherwise, it's Alkazar's turn. Oh no, I forgot those, so that's +3 extra to hit? That is correct. And +1 to damage for each hit. So that 42 becomes a 45, and an extra 53 damage done. It's still Alkazar's turn if you want to fight the death giant, or you guys can break off combat and head back towards the druid. |

For anyone curious about it, everyone that was involved with the gargoyle fight, minus Drexs and Roryn (and I guess Alkazar because he's a cohort), gets 10667 XP. Not that you can level up because that takes time, and rest, and training.
That gives you a pretty good idea as to what kind of encounters you're looking at.

Just so you guys know, the wolves that were summoned, are on the other side of the lake. They'd have to fly to you in order to get to you, or you'd have to fly over to them and ignore the guy in the boat.
